About the company
Rosanna James Limited is a property investment company based in Essex. With an aim of investing in a diverse portfolio of mixed use commercial and residential properties, commercial and residential sites. Established in 2022 the company operates in property rental and leasing across both commercial and residential.
We aim to add value by offering high quality premises for rent and lease. Improving and investing in the buildings to provide premises that are not only fit for purpose, but which provide a comfortable and safe environment and enhance the settings within which they are located.
With extensive in-house planning expertise we seek to add value to our investments through appropriate change of use and mix of use diversification opportunities when these present themselves.
As a business our ambition is to be a socially responsible landlord across both our residential and commercial estate.
We pledge to donate 5% of our operating profits to Homelessness charities each year.

James Garrett BA (Hons) PG Dip Town Planning
James has spent his career working in the property sector, having studied in the Department of the Built Environment at Oxford Brookes University, James has Undergraduate and Post-Graduate degrees in Town Planning.
With a professional career which has included working for leading developer, Countryside on their Graduate Management Training Programme, and Barton Willmore, the UKs largest privately owned multi-disciplinary planning consultancy.
Since 2013 James has worked as an independent Planning and Community Engagement consultant through Community Engagement Consultants. Working on a range of planning applications and community consultations across residential, commercial and mixed use schemes throughout the UK.
James established Rosanna James Limited in 2022 to combine his passion for property and
development with experience and knowledge gained working within the sector.
